Senior Purchase Program

Delaware Academy CSD at Delhi recently introduced a Senior Purchase Program. Through this program, seniors may purchase articles of athletic equipment (i.e. jerseys) used during the student’s senior year while participating in a school athletic program.

To make a purchase, a parent or guardian must submit a letter to the district indicating which item(s) they are interested in purchasing prior to start of the sport’s season or in response to a request from the district at the beginning of each school year.

The district will determine if the item(s) are eligible for this program based on inventory and ability to replace the item, which can vary based on availability. The district reserves the right to decline requests at its sole discretion.

Purchasers will be charged the full (new) replacement value of the item, as determined by the district each year.

All items will be sold “as is,” and per school policy for excised inventory, the school will be released from liability related to the future use of any item(s). The program is separate from other programs that may be offered by other organizations, such as school clubs.
